Introduction The Regulations are intended to define the rights and obligations of the user using the website and making purchases through the online store available on the website.
Offers and content: All content and offers on the website can be constantly modified, at any time. Changes may only be made to the scope permitted by law. You consent to such modifications, by using the website.
Terms of use of the website: The user undertakes not to perform any actions or actions that may interrupt or slow down the operation of the website. The user uses the website in good faith, which means that he does not intend to use any possible vulnerabilities and faults of the website in order to obtain his own, unauthorized benefits.
Changes to the regulations: The User acknowledges that the terms of use of the website may be changed and modified, therefore the Terms and Conditions should be read each time he visits the website.
Orders: The user can place orders for products and services via the website. A correctly placed order by the user will be each time confirmed by e-mail, to which the details and order confirmation will be sent. Any further information about the order fulfillment will be communicated through the same contact channel.
Payment and delivery: The prices of products and services listed on the website include VAT. The price of products and services does not include the shipping cost. The shipping cost may vary for different forms of delivery. Each delivery is made in the shortest possible time. It should be kept in mind that the given delivery time is an estimation, which means that it may change, e.g. as a result of random factors, events on the supplier's side or an extension of the order completion date. In the event of an extended waiting time for the ordered products and services, the user will receive an appropriate notification by e-mail or by other available means of communication.
Withdrawal from the contract The user has the right to resign from the ordered product or service within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract or receipt of the product or service. In the event of resignation, the User will not receive a refund for the delivery of the product or service. Moreover, the returned product cannot be damaged or have visible signs of use. To resign, use the resignation form or contact the owner of the store or website. If the user paid for the ordered products or services without cash, the funds will be refunded to the bank account (transfer) or to the credit card details used to make the payment.
Forms of payment: The user has the following payment methods available: credit or debit card; Bank transfer; PayPal; cash payment on delivery.
Warranty rules: In the event of revealing defects in the product or its non-compliance with the contract, the user has the right to use the warranty within 2 years. Under this right it is possible to:
• Reducing the price of the damaged product,
• Withdrawal from the contract
• Replacing the product with a product free from defects,
• Product repair.
The user acknowledges that the right to repair or replace the product will be realised in the first instance. If the repair or replacement becomes impossible or economically unreasonable, you will receive a full refund for the product or service. Each claim under the warranty should be considered within a maximum of 14 days. A claim not examined within this period shall be deemed accepted.

Limitation of Liability The liability of the Parties is limited to the provisions contained in these Regulations.
